"Support MA Residents' Lawsuit To Strike Down Unconstitutional MA Firearms Laws!"
A small group of MA residents have filed an ambitious lawsuit to strike down unconstitutional MA laws that violate Americans’ rights.
The lawsuit was filed in November 2024 and challenges:
MA’s ban of law-abiding Americans carrying firearms in a variety of places
MA’s ban of threaded barrels and firearm suppressors (important safety devices)
MA’s ban of law-abiding Americans carrying a variety of tools for self-defense
Unequal, unfavorable License to Carry (LTC) requirements of MA residents
Extreme risk protection orders (which allow the government to confiscate your firearms and licenses to carry (LTCs) without ever charging you with a crime)
The illegitimate “authority” of executive branch entities to regulate Americans’ right to keep and bear arms
These brave MA residents need our help covering court costs. To read the latest updates and donate to help cover the court costs, please go to https://www.givesendgo.com/bear-arms-MA
I occasionally email “insider” updates to donors to reward them for their support and to keep them informed on our progress.
The next court hearing is scheduled for June 6th at 2 p.m. in courtroom 520 of the Middlesex County Superior Court, 200 Tradecenter Drive, Woburn MA.
That hearing will be of huge importance to the lawsuit, as it will focus on the defendants’ motions to dismiss our legal claims. I’m confident we can defeat those motions, but your presence in the courtroom may demonstrate the public interest to the judge and favorably influence the outcome.
There is plenty of free parking available in the court’s lot and garage. Info on the court is at https://www.mass.gov/locations/middlesex-county-superior-court If you’d like to attend the hearing, a few tips are:
Remain quiet in the courtroom and only speak during the proceedings if court personnel prompt you to
Dress respectfully and inconspicuously
Silence any devices you have
Check in with me closer to June 6th so I can confirm for you that the hearing has not been rescheduled
Kind Regards,
Mike Bush
